Mr. Bailly is the founder and president of Essential Software & Design. He is also the Chief Systems Architect. He started the company in 1995 to facilitate his exploration of advanced technologies and their applications to business processes. Through Essential, Mr. Bailly has provided technical solutions to the operational needs of businesses ranging from ambulatory surgical centers to financial institutions to phone system providers to content providers for high-traffic, dynamic web sites.

Urban Data Solutions was a provider of a spatial information management systems that integrated raw business data with highly detailed CAD models of major U.S cities. The accurate integrated models were delivered securely over the Internet to a host of companies ranging from telecommunications to commercial real estate firms, city planners, the film industry, government agencies, architects, and others.

Through Essential Software & Design Mr. Bailly created the original architecture and early prototypes for Urban Data Solution's on-line products. As SVP of Technology for Urban Data Solutions he led a development team through the development and release of enterprise software delivered over the Internet.
